1. Purpose of These Terms
These terms define what SteadyD3SK does, what SteadyD3SK does not do, and how responsibility is shared. They exist to ensure clarity, accountability, and smooth delivery for both parties.
2. Ownership & Control (Non‑Negotiable)
All systems set up by SteadyD3SK are owned by the client. This includes domains, email accounts, DNS configurations, and website files (HTML). SteadyD3SK does not retain ownership, lock clients in, or restrict portability. If a system cannot be transferred, SteadyD3SK will not deploy it.
3. Scope of Services
SteadyD3SK provides the following categories of services only: domain & DNS setup, professional email configuration, static single-page landing pages (HTML), and managed infrastructure support (if contracted). Anything not explicitly listed is out of scope unless agreed in writing.
4. What SteadyD3SK Does Not Provide
SteadyD3SK does not provide full website development, custom web applications, marketing or SEO services, social media management, content writing or branding, unlimited revisions, or free emergency support. Requests outside scope may be declined or quoted separately.
5. Access & Authority
The client must have authority to approve changes and access to relevant accounts. SteadyD3SK is not responsible for delays caused by missing access or third‑party approval bottlenecks.
6. Communication & Changes
All work is based on written scope and agreed deliverables. Verbal requests or assumptions are not binding. Out‑of‑scope requests may require a revised quote or timeline.
7. Managed Services & Reliability
Managed services are limited to what is explicitly included. SteadyD3SK does not guarantee uninterrupted third‑party services, zero downtime, or immunity from spam filtering.
8. Security, Termination & Handover
Credentials are handled with care. Either party may terminate with reasonable notice. All client assets remain with the client and no systems are held hostage.
9. Good‑Faith Clause
SteadyD3SK operates on clarity, professionalism, and mutual respect. Any ambiguity will be resolved before work proceeds.
